Ladies you know exactly what I am talking about, when you are exercising and go a little too hard on that squat, or worse those crunches also include a squirt at the end. You feel damp and not so fresh.
At the gym, we all are kinda funky...so I feel like I just mix in with everybody else. It can be a difficult conversation to have with yourself let alone anybody else, but since one in three women have Light Bladder Leakage, it's not uncommon.

1. Do Kegels!
Kegels are easy, can be done anywhere and will keep your body strong to help prevent an overactive bladder from erupting during those close moments.
2. Drink Water.
I love to have a glass of wine before (and during) my dates, but alcohol can make us all feel a little too relaxed and may result in a little lower body leakage.
3. Stay Poise®'d.

Now when I get Date Night Fly I also make sure that I am Date Night Dry!...and that is where the real FUN begins!
