At the beginning of the season I had high hopes, but it seemed a bit convoluted and Love and Hip Hop Atlanta felt like "Scripted-Unscripted" television. However, when Joseline Hernandez kicked it up a notch and started acting like the wifey, hating on the Scrubette's that looked like HER last season it started to get juicy and I was rubbing my hands together a la Stevie J.

But as I watched the last show of the season and it reminded me of an upgraded version of last seasons finale. Oh you dont remember how last season ended?....Let me refresh your memory. Stevie J invites his Side Chick of the Moment, Joseline Hernandez, to a couples session with his Daughter's Mother, Mimi Faust. Then he wiped the sweat off of Joseline's nose. Remember that fight? It was Reality TV Glory.
Let's Fastforward a year. Joseline asks Stevie J to marry her. He reluctantly accepts her "life partnership" ring. Because it did NOT seem like they were really engaged...not even like Chrissy and Jim Jones(that's a whole other mes).
Stevie J shares that he feels that a man should ask a woman to marry him, not vice versa-like how Joseline did with him. Oh Lawd.
So he schedules a time to "propose" to Joseline with a ring of her own. But there are 3 champagne glasses on the piano and in walks Mimi, looking flyer than she EVER has! So Stevie J asks Joseline to "share his world" or whatever. He didn't get down on nobody's knee and then...cue the violins. He puts a ring on Mimi's finger too.
I Just Hollered! Who does this? Stevie J does, thats who!
It just got me thinking, is Stevie J really just playing mind games with these women or he truly mixed up himself? I mean, I know dumb women. And I do realize that this is pretend Reality TV, but damn. These women are meeting men left and right with as much beefcake as Stevie J is supposed to have...sooooooo...what is it? I think that old boy really loves these women, in the highest capacity that HE can ascertain. And he is telling them that he loves them and he is treating them well MOST of the time. Otherwise, why in God's Good name would you stay in this relationship but for good TV?
Lil Scrappy always seemed more committed to me than Stevie J ever could, but Erica Dixon KNEW that she deserved better.
I think that its a HOT mess and Sick to a point that normal people cant comprehend, however I think that in his own sick way...Stevie J is in love with ALL THE WOMEN...and he is just mixed up!
What say you?
