Hart was arrested on Saturday after driving drunk. However, he handled it pretty well. Didn't act out and was respectful of the fact that Drinking and Driving is not a game, this is how People Magazine Reported it,

Comedian Kevin Hart went online Sunday to offer a mea culpa after he was arrested and jailed on suspicion of drunk driving charges in Los Angeles.

"Drinking & driving is not a game or a laughing matter," Hart Tweeted. "People have lost lives because of stupid s--t. This is a wake-up call for me, I have to be smarter & last night I wasn't. Everything happens for a reason."

Police said Hart, 32, was pulled over on California's Highway 101 freeway around 4:30 a.m. Sunday after his black Mercedes, going about 90 m.p.h., was seen driving erratically and nearly hit a tanker truck, the Associated Press reported.

He then failed a field sobriety test, jailed on a misdemeanor DUI charge and held on $5,000 bond.

Hart, who starred in 2011's stand-up comedy special Laugh At My Pain, made light of his arrest in his message. "When the cop asked me to take the sobriety test I said 'Why waste our time… I'm drunk man'… #Truestory."

He added about his time spent behind bars: "I did 6,000 push ups & 13,000 sit ups while I was in the pin....shout out to my celly 'Mark' we exchanged war stories LMFAO," Hart Tweeted.

I feel like Kevin Hart is generally responsible. But as many of us can attest to, we have drive drunk before. And I am not Kevin Hart, I don't have his money or his power. I have just gotten drunk at the club, knew that I needed to get home and prayed the whole time that I would make it. I know that this is going to be the last time, because he doesn't want the courts going into his pockets.

My only question for Kevin Hart, "Why didn't you hire a driver?" If I was rich like that, I would NEVER drive to the Club. I'm just saying. He did handle it well though!
